"House Touring" Phase: he showed us houses appropriate to the budget and styles we were into at the time (we were all over the place). When we'd find one we liked, he scheduled a tour ASAP. "Make an Offer" Phase: he'd give us his opinion and coach us on making a smart offer and not a wildly over or under bid. More importantly, he gauged our enthusiasm for the house and played devil's advocate with us. When we finally LOVED a house, although he won't admit this, I feel he did his part to persuade the Seller's Agent that we were the winning bid. In this real estate market, you need an agent that will advocate for your offer and not just present it amongst the stacks of offers (many likely higher offers) they received. "Closing" Phase: there are many steps that need to be coordinated. He helped achieve this by communicating with the Appraiser, Home Inspector, Seller, Banker, Services, Us, etc. I wish everyone to have an Agent as smooth as Logan! Tajma & Don!
